card : A4974A

how can i resolve this problem ?

If you are talking about HP 9000 VME Workstation 744/132, which uses OS HP-RT, then I don't think this combination will work. This workstation has only GSC and PMC expansion slots. Also, this card (A4974A) is supported only on HP-UX OS versions (10.20, 11.X).

The SCSI card that you need for the 745/132L (744/132L board) Industrial workstation is a 25525B EISA
SCSI differential card.
