hi,

I wanted to have some information about memory and cpu on a Win2k serve. Therefore I loaded the Perf2Mib in NNM but I don't know how to configure the managed node (my Win2k server) in order to get the values. Currently, when I make a query NNM answers no value(s) for query
ANy help would be appreciated

Hi Jerry,

for W2K boxes you do not need to bother with perf2mib. Just load the rfc2790 host resource mib. And check the mib II.host sub tree.

I was interested in similar information and came accross this snmp extension for snmp on Win2K. It's free and made the process of adding perf data via snmp on win2K easy. I had to delete a line from the mib to get it to load into nnm though:
