What's the lastest version of the HP printing software? The version I have is 1.9.0.1 (HPI_print.exe - copyright 91-98) which came with the printer. I've upgraded the "driver" software for the P1100, but I can't seem to find an upgrade for the "printing" software (if there is any).

Hi Joseph,

The HP Photo Printing software is not available for download. To obtain it, you would need to call Distribution at (661) 257-5565. There have been updates since your version was released; however, if everything is running fine for you, I'm not sure I'd spend the money to update it since there hasn't been any major enhancements to it, pretty much just adding new operating system support.

Kathy,

Can you tell us what to ask for when we call CD Distribution? Do we just ask for the latest HP Photosmart Photo Printing software CD? Do you have any idea what the cost is?
