Hello,

I have a problem with the AMI bios of this PC.
The fact is that I cannot modify it.
I can enter the set-up by using F1 or F11.
When I try to change a parameter, it told me "VISU only"
I only try to boot on the CD, rather than the HD.
But, I am not allowed to do that.
By the way, there is not password set.
According to Belarc, BIOS rev is 3.07.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards.

Try the clearing the password procedure at the bottom of the page here. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00063027&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=345455 Then try clearing the CMOS on same doc.
