after i boot up xp cd,and loading xp files..and then when reach at windows is starting,blue screen was ocur...how to fix it?whatever i use sata ICH9 also same problems....

Try the 'nlite' software to slip stream SATA ICH9 to you Win XP CD. I tried and it work. Meanwhile can any one tell me where to download Video, Audio and Modem drivers for hp CQ20-125tu. Thanks. |

hey guys...i also face the same problem on both model-cq40 and cq20...i use floppy to boot the xp by selecting the Sata ICH9(sp36132)...but i still get the bluescreen..i need help urgently...i dont wan vista...i need xp..thanks.... |

i dun wan use by iso way...i want use only directly from floppy..from that site...that is edit the file in the windows.BUT I HAVENT INSTALLED THE WINDOWS SUCCESSFULLY...i need the correct ICH9 file only....anyone tried installed xp successfully in this model??thanks all pro here.... |

regarding cq40-115au i already dl the link from gigabyte website...after i put it in floppy..ther are 2 option. 1-x86 and 2-x64...when i choose x86 it become the same..bluescreen...when i choose x64.it comes out and error...why?? |

how u install it??i dun care driver compatible..i just wan install xp...can u guide me??i use external floppy and copy all file given just now..but..still now luck...got 2 option when i use floppy..one is x86..bluescreen..but another one is x64..i tried come error come out?why?? |

anybody can solve USB device not recognized on startup???after formatting winxp it shown the message USB device not reconigzed..2 times i reformat but still exist the same problems...but all usb ports can use.model hp pavilion dv1000.thanks... |

Just bought Compaq CQ40-115AU with bios F.03. Currently i'm trying to install XP by using slipstreaming method using nLite & added SATA driver. But it seems that when trying to install always get error message "the file ahcix64.sys is corrupted". |

Hello,
Can you go to the top of this forum. The answers are all there.
Its easier to slip stream the SATA driver to your Win XP CD then using an external Floppy Drive. |

for xp or vista?if vista u can go to www.hp.com,if xp not compatible coz when u restart,the sound and modem drivers will automatically missing..everytime when shutdown or restart that sound and modem auto missing,need to reinstall |

the intel one i cant install xp..i use ich10 also blue screen..i mean cq45-115au i can installed xp..but alot of unknow device and a sound driver problem... |

Are you using sp2 for install cq40-101tu??
I tried use sp3 cannot install it.. And only sp2 just can install by sata 9...
But the problem after install is the sound n modem... After restart, the driver will gone... >< Issit tat is the UAA problem right?? |
