I have a new computer which runs 64 bit xp so that the large memory can be managed. But now I can't get the 1012 to print. I've uninstalled and installed and wondering what else I can do to make it work.

At present we do not have a driver available for the 1012 printer on Vista OS. However, you can go ahead and install the native(default) drivers 1015 which comes along with the OS.
Please go to Pritner and faxes and select Add printer and install the HP 1015 drviers and you will be able to print to this pritner from Vista PC.
Thanks but it's windows xp 64 bit not vista, and the fix didn't work. So I took it home for the kids and bought an OKI just to spite HP for not supporting my investment in their printer.
