Hace unas semanas que compre un elitebook y venia con el Vista, me gustaría poderle poner un Xp, ya que estoy hasta las narices del Vista, en la caja no vienen discos de para hacer un downgrade a Xp.

Si tu equipo venia con vista bussines pide un kit downgrade a HP o instala un XP retail con el serial de la pegatina, lo activas por telefono sin problemas.
Sino tienes que buscarte un poco la vida, poner el SATA en modo IDE en la BIOS y descargarte el software de la web.
HP tiene un programita Softpaqdownloader manager que te descarga y te instala todos los drivers el solito. Solo necesitas descargartelo y los drivers de la LAN y listo.

Hi, I have an elitebook 6930p under Vista and I want to downgrade to windows XP Pro. HP gave me the media, but when I boot on the cdrom to launch the install, everything is written in a german-like language which I do not understand, I want it in French. The strange thing is that the cdrom packaging is all in French but not the installation data on the disk. I asked HP to send me a cdrom in French, and I received a new cdrom and I get the same issue. Am I doing something wrong ??
